Qualifications and experience

1. A post-graduate training in Education Administration or Management, Public Administration, or a related field, from a recognized institution shall be an added advantage.
2. Must possess an honours Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Business Administration (Management).
3. Should have at least six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which should have been working with students in an institution of higher learning or a similar role.
4. Age: Not above 40 years of age at the time of application.

Required skills

1. Excellent Computer Skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Familiarity with the electronic systems for managing student information.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Handling students’ administrative and academic affairs including routine logging into student academic information system.
2. Organizing students’ orientation sessions.
3. Managing and maintaining accurate student records.
4. Organizing Annual Research Dissemination Conferences.
5. Liaising with Faculty Postgraduate Coordinators in organizing PhD Seminar Series.
6. Coordinating external and internal dissertation/ theses examination process in liaison with the Faculty Deans.
7. Managing Students’ supervision processes in liaison with the Faculty Deans.
8. Monitoring academic procedures and reporting requirements.
9. Providing Secretariat services to the DRGT Board.
10. Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
