- Conduct field visits to engage potential customers, promote Mogoâs finance products, and encourage purchases.
- Screen and enroll qualifying customers, ensuring compliance with company criteria and maintaining high portfolio quality.
- Explain product features, benefits, and loan terms to customers, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
- Follow up on customer payment commitments to ensure timely loan repayments and minimize defaults.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer appointments, payment schedules, and complaints in the companyâs ERP system.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally, escalating complex issues to the Branch Manager or relevant departments as needed.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights for improving Mogoâs offerings and sales processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and loan administration activities.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Proven experience in field sales, customer engagement, or loan administration, preferably in the Boda or microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, loan processes, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or sales tracking tools for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales performance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in sales and loan administration.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets under pressure.
- High school diploma required; a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license or ability to travel within assigned areas (preferred).
