Invitation to Tender for Development of Citizens Guide for NDPIV at GIZ

Project Name: Strengthening Governance and Civil Society Programme (GCSP)

GIZ GmbH is a German federal company for technical cooperation with worldwide operations. GIZ has been operating in Uganda since 1964. GIZ Uganda through the Strengthening Governance and Civil Society Programme (GCSP) invites bids from competent and eligible firms to develop a citizens guide of the NDPIV 2025/2030 and translate it into 10 local languages.

2. Requesting for Tender Documents and Terms of Reference

Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain detailed tender documents by sending an email to: procurement-giz-ugandagiz.de with the tender reference number in the subject line.

3. Seeking Clarification Regarding the Bidding Documents, Tender Terms and Conditions

Clarifications regarding the tender process shall be sent to: procurement-giz-ugandagiz.de at least 5 days before the bid submission deadline.

4. Bid Submission Deadline

Bidders shall submit their bids electronically by: 19.01.2024 at 4:00 PM (EAT) to UG_Quotationgiz.de with the tender reference number in the subject line.

5. Important Information to Note

• Bidders MUST indicate the tender reference number in the subject line.

• Only bids submitted to UG_Quotationgiz.de are accepted.

• Bids submitted to GIZ staff or other GIZ emails will be rejected.

• Bids must be submitted as PDF documents.

• Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate emails.

• Eligibility documents must be submitted.

• Use the file transfer service at https://filetransfer.giz.de for large documents.
