The ideal candidate should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
- Ensure accurate loading of items as per dispatch lists or supervisor instructions.
- Stack goods in designated storage areas following safety protocols.
- Use lifting equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Check items for damage, quality, and quantity during loading and unloading.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading/unloading area.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock arrangement when required.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse team to ensure timely movement of goods.
Requirements and Skills: - Minimum O-Level (UCE) or equivalent;
- Ability to perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Working in various weather conditions (if job is outdoors)
