Implement HSE rules and requirements within the area of responsibility, comply with HSE training requirements for the position, and contribute to the overall HSE performance.
- Coordinate the technical integration of the various major scopes of equipment and follow up on required actions such as EIT integration, Chemical Injection, WHCP, etc.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) together with Engineering, Field Operations, and Commissioning teams.
- Follow up with TEPU & EPSCC Permitting teams to ensure relevant permits are secured (or renewed) ahead of planned Wellpad works to facilitate project objectives.
- Perform the preliminary review of Technical Queries, Deviation Requests, and Interface Requests with discipline leads to allow for closure by package.
- Conduct the review of the Project Schedule and provide feedback to the planning teams.
- Participate in EPSCC procurement activities over suppliers and subcontractors' work progress against the plan, from the initiation stage, issuance of bidders list, to the placement of the PO/Contract award, and review of Qualification Dossiers (if any).
- Participate in follow-up meetings of post-award Material Status Reports (MSR) and ensure expediting until delivery to site of all materials/equipment, etc.
- Participate in EPSCC Procurement and Subcontracts (RPSR & SDS) Weekly, Monthly meetings, and other ad-hoc meetings.
- In coordination with the QAQC surveillance leader, monitor the performance of QC activities by Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors, with particular attention to Source Inspection requirements. Participate in Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) with subcontractors and vendors.
- Provide technical support to the package and develop reporting and monitoring tools in a weekly frequency including a critical items schedule.
Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in electrical, instrumentation, automation or mechatronic engineering discipline
Experience - At least five (5) years of post-qualification relevant project experience within Oil & Gas Industry or busy process industry
Competences: - Strong understanding of Project Management.
- Good understanding of procurement, subcontracting, and supply management in a busy industrial setting.
- Strong technical, analytical, innovative, and commercial skills.
- Previous experience within a similar job role and environment is an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering results in challenging project environments.
- Registration with an engineering body will be an added advantage.
