Your Tasks: - You lead and coordinate teacher professional development through training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance pedagogy, curriculum implementation, and inclusive teaching practices.
- You support school leadership and management improvement, promoting gender-responsive, safe, and learner-friendly environments in secondary schools.
- You drive stakeholder collaboration and project implementation ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of teaching and learning activities aligned with project goals.
- You ensure quality assurance and knowledge sharing by supporting monitoring and evaluation, contributing to policy advocacy, and promoting the use of data and best practices in teaching and learning
