- Design/implement programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Project Management:
- Oversee HR projects (e.g., cultural transformation, change management).
- Track project delivery (timeline, budget, impact).
- Performance & Metrics:
- Monitor talent KPIs (leadership bench strength, internal promotions, retention).
- Govern performance management processes.
- Innovation:
- Research emerging talent trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Plus: Exposure to cultural transformation/change projects. Bachelorâs degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field. Plus: Psychometric accreditation.
