The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable, and capable of handling inquiries, complaints, and transactions with professionalism and efficiency. A strong understanding of motorcycles and dealership operations is an advantage. Specific Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and complaint handling
- Maintaining showroom cleanliness and product display organization
- Team-oriented and collaborative
Responsible For - Provide accurate product information, pricing, warranty details, and delivery timelines
- Assist customers in placing orders, booking test rides, or scheduling service appointments
- Coordinate with the sales, parts, and service departments to fulfill customer requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales concerns efficiently
- Update customer information and follow up on pending inquiries or sales
- Promote promotional offers, finance options, or loyalty programs when applicable
- Prepare basic reports on customer visits, inquiries, and feedback trends
Educational Requirements - Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Minimum 2â3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in automotive, motorcycle, or retail sales
