The Safety & Operation Department Manager will lead the safety and operational teams, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing project execution. The role requires strategic planning, incident investigation, and continuous improvement of safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.

 

 

● Minimum of Bachelor’s degree. ● Related majors such as Safety Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management. ● Minimum 12 years of relevant management work experience in CNOOC, with deep familiarity with the company’s internal management systems, business development status, and domestic business docking. ● Proficient in professional knowledge of safety management, supply chain management, project management, etc., and mastery of cutting-edge concepts and technologies in the industry. ● Familiar with the key internal control management systems and processes of CNOOC Energy Development, and able to integrate system requirements into daily work. ● Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various departments and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and promote collaborative development.
