He/she is responsible for taking lead of project staff and programing.
Specifi c duties include to:
Offer guidance and technical support to staff, benefi ciaries (children and their care givers), project committee and other stakeholders.
Ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed effi ciently and effectively.
Lead and support staff in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets. Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles

1. Age: 23 – 35 years 2. Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures. 3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills. 4. Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations. 5. At least two years’ experience in community related work especially dealing with children. 6. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Diploma in Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry and any other related fi eld. 7. Practical computer literacy 8. Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
