Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled Products Leads to support the product development and management process. Here are the 4 roles

Product Lead – Payments Product Lead – Savings and Loans Product Lead – VAS (USSD, SMS, Data) Product Lead – Partnership and Innovations (Consultancies, Capacity Building, Software Development, Market Place) Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Perform market and customer research

ï‚· Develop product strategy and vision ï‚· Define Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

ï‚· Write Business case

ï‚· Develop User Requirement Specificatios (URS)

ï‚· Raise Change Requests ï‚· Set and track Product Performance Analysis ï‚· Support Partner Management and Reporting

ï‚· Lead Product Innovation

ï‚· Develop Product CVPs ï‚· Lead on product pitching and demonstration

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ï‚· 3+ years of experience in product development. Preferred Attributes:

ï‚· Familiarity with Agile methodologies

ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ï‚· Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
