The ideal candidate is passionate about financial education, proactive in identifying client needs, and skilled at implementing scalable coaching programs - Work closely with advisors, products teams, and customer Service Professionals to integrate financial coaching into insurance solutions.
- Identify trends in policyholder financial behaviours and recommend improvements to insurance product offerings
- Lead interactive financial coaching sessions, educating clients on budgeting, savings, debt management, and wealth-building strategies
- Implement and oversee comprehensive financial fitness programs tailored to policyholders, ensuring alignment with their financial goals, insurance needs, and risk management strategies.
Qualifications - A First Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics or a related field.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in financial coaching, insurance advisory, wealth management, or financial planning
- Strong understanding of insurance products, financial markets, and behavioural finance principles
- Proven ability to lead financial education initiatives, drive engagement, and support financial decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to tailor advice to diverse client needs.
