In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining a pristine environment for our guests and enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Address guest complaints and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hotel industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
