The Role: We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Commercial to lead and grow revenue across on-air advertising, digital campaigns, and experiential activations. This senior role requires a dynamic sales leader with deep market insight, strong industry relationships, and a passion for youth-focused innovation. The position offers growth potential across African markets. Key Responsibilities: ⢠Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies across radio, digital, and BTL platforms. ⢠Build and manage a high-value pipeline of media and brand partnerships. ⢠Oversee key client accounts, drive upselling, and ensure retention. ⢠Customize digital and experiential solutions that deliver a measurable return on investment (ROI). ⢠Use data and social insights to drive campaign effectiveness. ⢠Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling brand packages. ⢠Represent NRG to agencies, media buyers, and government stakeholders. ⢠Track market trends and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
