The designer will ensure consistent visual branding across all segments and domains during high-volume campaign cycles and strategic projects, especially on internal engagement channels and customer emailers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Design visual content for internal and external campaigns including digital banners, onboarding journeys, stakeholder reports, and comms assets.
- Support real-time marketing executions with brand-compliant, on-demand creative output.
- Ensure visual content aligns with dfcuâs brand guidelines and enhances storytelling and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and other cross-functional teams for creative input and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and use across the team.
- Execute quick iterations and tweaks on creative assets based on feedback or campaign adjustments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Graduate of a graphic design or related program.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design software.
- Prior experience in agency, corporate or internship settings is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics.
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptive to fast-paced and agile working environments
