We are looking for a results-oriented sales leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a proven ability to manage teams, close complex deals, and deliver consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a high-integrity professional with experience engaging enterprise clients, driving pipeline development, and fostering a performance-driven sales culture in fast-paced environments. Job Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and channel partnerships.
- Champion a solutions-oriented, value-driven sales approach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, referrals, relationships, and inbound leads.
- Identify and target key growth opportunities within large and medium enterprises to increase sales and profitability.
- Conduct virtual or on-site meetings with customers to discuss needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the consultative sales process, including business development, client research, product demonstrations, closing, and follow-ups.
- Research competitor products, pricing, and strategies to understand market trends and customer preferences.
- Skillfully navigate and negotiate contract terms with prospective clients.
- Regularly report on key prospects and sales potential to inform strategic decision-making.
- Uphold our client brand, core values, and culture pillars consistently.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager.
Job Requirements & Qualifications - You have at least two to five years of work experience
- Experience:4-6 years in B2B sales, with a focus on industries like banking, insurance and a history of meeting revenue targets.
- Skills: Strong C-level relationship-building, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and an affinity for technology.
- Competencies: Goal-oriented, adaptable, composed, and coachable with strong problem-solving skills.
