- Promote high HSE standards, lead risk assessments, and reduce environmental impact (critical for operations in protected areas).
- Ensure safe startup of new rigs and continuous HSE improvement.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee drilling/completion operations, optimize performance/costs, and coordinate with fluids, logistics, and geosciences teams.
- Use Real-Time Operating Center (RTOC) for data-driven decisions.
- Contracts & Compliance:
- Validate rig contract invoices and lead Service Quality Meetings.
- Innovation & Training:
- Propose tech/digital innovations and operational optimizations.
- Train personnel and improve team competencies.
Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum BSc Degree or equivalent.
- Certifications:
- WCF Level 4 (surface & subsea).
- Chain of Command (Superintendent level) and T-BOP (TotalEnergies internal).
- Experience:
- 15+ years in oil/gas industry, including 3+ years as DCSI on development projects.
- Onshore drilling experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of drilling/safety policies, multicultural adaptability.
