Role of the Job:
The role holder will directly promote Yako bank products and services to customers through face-to-face interactions, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets across the Yako bank network.
Key Result Areas:
⢠Achieve set targets. (Accounts, Personal Loans, Deposits,)
⢠Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential Customers.
⢠Attending field activation for potential client sourcing.
⢠Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information.
⢠Ensure client KYC/ documentation is well done for accounts.
⢠Attend to customer queries and complaints.
⢠Prepare daily performance reports and business pipelines.
⢠Grow the personal asset and liability portfolio of the bank to achieve the sales targets.
⢠Increase product penetration for personal banking clients by cross-selling and proactively recommending new products.
⢠Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits.
⢠Onboard new customers on alternate channels.
⢠Comply with KYC, AML & suspicious transactions reporting and ensure that all documentation and transactions are in line with local and regulatory anti-money laundering and KYC requirements.
Required Competencies
⢠The applicant for the Direct Sales Representative career opportunity must hold a bachelorâs degree in any field preferably business & Marketing related.
⢠Credit in mathematics and English at Oâ level is a must.
⢠Relevant working experience (especially in Sales) is an added advantage
⢠Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
