- Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, manage inquiries/complaints, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues via phone/email, upsell products, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- CRM Operations: Update customer records, log call details, and generate reports.
- Marketing Support: Attend events to capture leads and assist the marketing team.
Skills & Requirements: - Communication: Fluent in English (and local languages if required).
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and basic office tools (Excel, email).
- Multitasking: Ability to manage calls, front desk, and data entry simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for researching solutions to customer inquiries.
