- Develop strategies to grow customer base and improve service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
