The Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to engage and motivate learners. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure successful application of learned skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Assist trainees in applying learned skills in real-life scenarios.
- Provide completion certificates that recognize the skills acquired by the participants after successfully completing the minimum set training requirements.
- Keep detailed records of attendance, session outcomes, success stories, and challenges faced during training and share daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Collect from, act on and provide feedback to trainees to continuously improve the training process.
- Perform any other related duties as required by the supervisor or management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
