This role is crucial for maintaining smooth system operations in the backend processes and ensuring any issues affecting supply chain and production workflows are promptly resolved. Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily technical support for system users in production, warehouse, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues affecting production tracking, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to relevant product team.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse supervisors to ensure system usage aligns with procedural compliance.
- Document recurring support issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Support data reconciliation, anomaly resolution, and monitoring of kit movements in the system.
- Assist in system testing for backend process features, bug fixes, or updates.
- Prepare and maintain knowledge base materials relevant to production and warehouse workflows.
- Train users on system enhancements and standard operating procedures.
- Support onboarding for new production/warehouse staff on system use.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in a technical support or system admin role; experience in inventory or warehouse systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise or government systems, especially in manufacturing or logistics settings.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with multiple ongoing issues.
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and dashboards.
