This role ensures that field operations are well-coordinated, system issues are swiftly resolved on-site, and installation processes follow documented procedures. The role also plays a key part in improving user training, data integrity, and turnaround times for installations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-demand support to field installation teams across various regions.
- Troubleshoot installation-related system issues such as kit verification errors, stock mismatches, and workflow disruptions.
- Monitor field escalations and coordinate with relevant departments (stock, QA, customer service) for resolution.
- Document and track field incidents and contribute to the system issue knowledge base.
- Participate in training sessions for installers on system use and process compliance.
- Support the product team in collecting user pain points and feedback from field teams.
- Participate in user onboarding and refresher trainings, ensuring clarity in usage of updated procedures.
- Assist in testing new installation workflow features and updates before deployment.
- Maintain logs and provide regular reports on field-related support incidents.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1â2 years' experience in a technical or field support role; knowledge of vehicle registration or related workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with diverse field teams and respond promptly under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with installers and clients.
- Familiarity with mobile data tools, dashboards, and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to travel to field locations when necessary.
- High accountability and good time management.
