The EYE-C programme, funded by the Netherlands Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising Agri-Lab Development Lab, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Ugandaâs agricultural value chains, particularly in coffee, by providing them with the skills, resources, and support needed as entrepreneurs and employees, thereby ensuring their sustainable, dignified participation in the sector where their contributions drive sector growth. A degree in agriculture, development studies, gender studies, community development, or related field. Training in gender mainstreaming or social inclusion is highly desired.
