Key Duties & Responsibilities - Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and printers;
- Troubleshoot system and network issues;
- Provide support to end-users in person or remotely;
- Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular backups;
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and enforce IT policies;
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications A minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology or related field Experience One (1) year relevant experience Skills/Competences - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems;
- Familiarity with networking and IT security protocols;
- Analytical thinking and excellent customer service.
