- Ensure timely planting, field inspections, pest and disease monitoring, and quality control.
- Forecast and track expected volumes as per set targets of seed per cycle.
- Monitor and manage stock availability to prevent shortages.
- Assist in marketing and awareness during off-peak farming periods.
Expected Outcomes: - Reliable and quality supply of seed meeting seasonal demand.
- Fewer stockouts during peak buying periods.
- Higher yields and improved quality from producers through tailored support.
Required Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in extension services or seed production.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
