The successful candidate will drive sales growth, develop sales strategies, and manage customer relationships in the dairy farming industry. Reports To: Managing Director Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dairy farmers and feed suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements: - University Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of selling mineral cow feed or related products, with sales management experience in cow feed or related products.
- Strong understanding of dairy farming and animal nutrition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with an international company is an added advantage.
- Established relationships, contacts, and dairy association with large-scale cow farms is an added advantage.
