The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships in the dairy farming industry. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dairy farmers and feed suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Must have a university Degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of having sold mineral Cow feed or a related product and sales management experience in Cow feed or a related product.
- Strong understanding of dairy farming and animal nutrition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Having worked with an International Company is an added advantage.
- Having a relationship, contact and dairy association with large scale cow farms is an added advantage.
