This role builds and maintains strong relationships within the medical community. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key referrers (e.g., neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, GPs).
- Conduct presentations and educate potential clients on the benefits and features of our services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend medical conferences and networking events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Existing network of contacts with healthcare professionals is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
