- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform compliance audits and prepare relevant reports.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating policies.
- Support the development and implementation of risk and compliance policies.
- Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance matters.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications: - Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, CRCM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit (preferably in healthcare or regulated environment).
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, compliance monitoring techniques, and policy implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
