Western; Mbarara,Masaka,Arua Northern; Gulu ,Lira Job Summary: We as Backbone Feeds Company LTD are seeking for highly motivated and results-driven Regional Local Sales Representatives to join our company. As a Regional Local Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our animal feed products to farmers, livestock producers, and other customers within your designated territory. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Promote and sell animal feed products to farmers, livestock producers, and other customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure peat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Territory Management:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers within your designated territory.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our animal feedproducts and their applications.
- Promote our products to customers and prospects, highlightingtheir benefits and value proposition.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase the effectiveness of our products.
- Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Accurately record sales data and customer interactions in our CRMsystem.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Requirements: - Education: Certificate, Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the agricultural or animal feed industry, knowledge of BACKBONE FEEDS will be an added advantage to the candidates.
Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Familiarity with animal feed products and their applications.
