Key Duties & Responsibilities - Handling all incoming calls;
- Managing Public requests as appropriate;
- Registering and directing visitors to appropriate offices;
- Handle administrative support tasks;
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications - A Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial and Office Administration from a recognized institution.
- A certificate in Customer Care or Front Office Management; or Leisure and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
