About the Job The Business Development Associate will be part of Talent Foresight's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, a deep understanding of the [industry] market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities Strategic Business Development ⢠Identify and target key prospects and market segments to generate new business opportunities. ⢠Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. ⢠Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. ⢠Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management ⢠Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients. ⢠Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and develop tailored solutions. ⢠Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on talent strategies. ⢠Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Sales and Presentations ⢠Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. ⢠Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. ⢠Represent Talent Foresight at industry events and conferences. Collaboration and Reporting ⢠Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure seamless service delivery. ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. ⢠Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management. Qualifications ⢠Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. ⢠Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. ⢠Strong understanding of the HR and Management market and talent management trends. ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ⢠Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. ⢠Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ⢠Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such spreadsheet would be a plus. ⢠Proficiency in using CRM software would be a plus ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
