The EYE-C programme, funded by the Netherlands Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising Agri-Lab Development Lab, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Ugandaâs agricultural value chains, particularly in coffee, by providing them with the skills, resources, and support needed as entrepreneurs and employees, thereby ensuring their sustainable, dignified participation in the sector where their contributions drive sector growth.
A degree in agriculture, agronomy, crop science, agriculture extension. Specialized training in coffee production, gender in agriculture, rural development, or certification is an added advantage.
