ROLES & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Engine & Mechanical Systems
Knowledge of diesel/gas engine fundamentals (fuel, lubrication, cooling, exhaust). Engine diagnostics (compression, fuel injection, turbochargers, governors). Preventive and corrective maintenance practices. Hands-on skills in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of engine parts. - Electrical & Power Systems
Alternator/generator principles (synchronous generators, excitation systems). Voltage regulation, frequency control, and synchronization. Power distribution systems (switchgear, transfer switches, breakers). Load calculations, balancing, and protection schemes. - Controls & Automation
Cummins Power Command control systems (PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4, etc.). Remote monitoring and telemetry systems. PLC basics and interface with building management systems (BMS). Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and paralleling switchgear operation.
