- Coordinate with forwarding and clearing agencies for timely shipment deliveries.
- Evaluate performance of clearing agents and forwarders based on delivery timelines and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Optimize stock levels to balance availability, carrying costs, and expiry risks.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely ordering of materials.
- Develop and update production schedules considering capacity, material availability, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Teams to prevent delays.
- Provide insights for improving planning and logistics strategies.
- Track KPIs like inventory turnover, service levels, and order fulfillment rates.
- Use SAP for data analysis and report generation.
- Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain and other departments.
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Role Requirements: - Bachelorâs degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Science Technology, or related field.
- Membership to IPPU or PSU is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.
