- Learn about and execute the companyâs maintenance strategy
- Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards
- Support continuous improvement culture and initiatives
- Support the implementation of reliability practices
- Learn how to utilize maintenance business systems to track maintenance performance
- Comply with Service Quality, HSE and IT standards and policies
- Follow the assigned training program
Exposures & Experiences: - Technical diploma or certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics studies
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Electronics or mechanical background coupled with strong analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and translate the learning into practical solutions
- Strong Commitment to QHSE
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to follow procedures and understand engineering and/or electrical drawings
