INVITATION TO TENDER FOR FY 2025/2026 PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: Gulu 603/SupIs/2025-2026/ 00017 Gulu City Council invites application and submission of interest from competent companies for the Supply of a motor grader. TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Tender documents shall be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office Gulu City upon banking of non-refundable fees of Ugx 200,000 to be paid on IRAS. General receipt will be issued from the cashierâs Office after presenting a Bank deposit slip. -
The bidders should attach the following: a) A valid copy of payment receipt for purchase of the Tender document. Certificate of incorporation registration or equivalent. b) A valid trading license 2025. c) A valid income tax clearance 2025-2026. d) The current Bank statement with a good cash flow for the last six months. e) A valid power of attorney issued by URSB or a Notarized power of Attorney f) A bid security for foreign firms or a Performance Security declaration for local firms g) Manufacturers authorization h) Bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee of Ugx 12,000,000 or Insurance Bond of Ugx 13,000,000 (Applicable to foreign firms). i) Any other documents specified in the Tender documents. -
Each item should be applied for separately. -
All bids must be sealed by envelops and in three copies (3) clearly marked ârenderâ for pre-qualification or tender for a written or addressed to the Head Procurement & Disposal Unit. P.O. BOX, 140 Gulu City. -
Registration forms must be signed by the applicants or by their Agents on submission of the Bids. Bids must be submitted not later than Friday 22nd August 2025 at 10:30am and thereafter, the bid shall be opened at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their Agents who choose to attend. -
Late bids shall be marked late and rejected. -
The method of procurement shall be governed by the PPDA acts 2003 and PPDA regulations of 2023. -
Gulu City SHALL NOT be bound by any highest or lowest bid. The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows: Activity | Date | a. Published notice | Thursday 31st July 2025 | b.
