In accordance with regulation 126, of the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2003, King’s College, Budd is in the process of developing a shortlist of providers from which holders will be invited to bid.

King’s College, Budd invites suitably qualified holders to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for the provision of supplies & services for FY 2026.

Conditions for prequalification

• The qualification will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda.

• Pre-qualification is open to all eligible holders.

• Applications are required to pay non-refundable fees of Ushs. 100,000 (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand shillings only) to the school bursary. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of old documents.

• ACETAILS OF SUBMISSION

• Physical location and postal address of the firm, Trading license 2025 and Certificate of Registration.

• Details of bank account (Bank Statement)

• Three (3) copies of the application (an original copy & two duplicates) in sealed envelopes marked “Prequalification for ……… REF” Category and item.

• Pickup of bids & submission of bids will be from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.

• King’s College, Budd reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications.
