Main Responsibilities Unique to the Role: - Support in communicating and organizing staff meetings, trainings, events, and engagements to foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee engagement (15%).
- Coordinate with the operations team to secure supplies for the welfare and HR office to ensure smooth operations (15%).
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related matters in coordination with the HR office to enhance employee satisfaction (20%).
- Support the maintenance of the employee database, employee records, filing, storage, and security of documents according to policy and legal requirements to improve efficiency (25%).
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure positions are filled on time and employees receive necessary training to settle into their roles and learn the organizationâs culture (15%).
- Any other roles added from time to time in relation to departmental objectives (10%).
Requirements: - Qualifications: Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work & Social Administration, or any other related field.
- Experience: 2-3 yearsâ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Business Understanding/Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Special Conditions: - Regular travel between Head Office and factory.
