- Implement regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with local and other H&S laws.
- HSE Performance reporting for the ISOC contractor, including incident management (reporting, notification, investigation, analysis).
- Contractor HSE Management, including analysis of prequalification, call for tenders, evaluation, and audits.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal qualification in a recognized HSE discipline (minimum requirement: NEBOSH Certificate).
- National Occupational Safety and Health certification (as required).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or related large-scale projects and industrial operations.
- Technical competencies: Good knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Analysis, and Contractor HSE Management.
