- This role is essential in driving both new user acquisition and ongoing engagement for our online learning platform, stepping in to plan and optimize paid social campaigns, collaborate on product-led growth experiments, and develop retention flows.
- Youâll shape and contribute to key growth initiatives - including social and search ads, notifications, referral systems, and other product changes - helping us attract, engage, and retain learners with a data-driven, results-focused approach.
Role & Responsibilities - User Acquisition: Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive new sign-ups.
- Product Growth: Collaborate with the Product Team to identify and test growth and retention opportunities (A/B tests, onboarding flows, notifications, referral programs).
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key metrics, report on performance, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
Qualifications - 3+ years in growth marketing or user acquisition roles (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels and ads optimization.
- Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Ads, and LinkedIn ads.
- Strong analytical skills; can evaluate and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset; ability to work autonomously as a contractor.
