- Carrying out and analyzing samples to maintain a healthy plant.
- Monitoring radiation.
- Identifying pests and disease in the Greenhouse.
- Ensuring that the planting protocols are followed as per specification.
- Ensuring that plant correction is done in time.
- Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources provided and reporting of weights and shortages on time.
- Coaching and monitoring growing team (sprayers, in charges and scouters)
- Efficient use of the sprayers PPE’s (Personal protective equipments).
- Compiling and forwarding monthly bonus for the sprayers’ PPE usage to the production manager and accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture.
- A minimum experience of 3 years and above working in related field.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Good communication, planning and organizing a team.
- Good at delegating and monitoring.
- Monitoring and implementing growing strategies.
