Job Purpose: To support financial planning, business analysis, management reporting, and strategic projects. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monitor performance.
- Develop and evaluate business plans and investment cases.
- Provide business intelligence for decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct efficiency reviews, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation (fleet, manpower, assets).
- Review reconciliations, contracts, and financial reports.
- Manage monthly/annual accounting closures and present financial dashboards.
Experience and Qualifications: - 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of tax laws; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
