The candidate will utilize data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends that will inform management decisions. Duties and Responsibilities: - Use data trend analysis to identify any anomalies that need to be resolved.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure anomalies are quickly resolved.
- Use the data collected to profile customers by category and activity as well as develop a foundational database to support analytics
- Compare profiles of customers flagged by the system with normal profiles to identify anomalous behavior.
- Offer analytical data to support investigation and prosecution of power theft and revenue default.
- Conduct statistical trend analysis to support revenue protection initiatives.
- Support the preparation of relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Actively participate in building capacity and knowledge share on energy loss analytics for other company staff members.
- Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements & Qualifications: - The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Statistics, data science, or any qualification related to data analysis
- 2-3 years experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent Microsoft excel skills
- Good SQL skills
- Computer programming knowledge is an added advantage.
