KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /KEY DELIVERABLES § Efficient and timely preparation of offer letters, guarantees and credit documentation in line with approval terms and conditions and bankâs interest covered. § Carry out periodic reviews of standardized formats for letters and security documents with the legal department. § Maintain a register for incoming letters and documentation for review. § Ensure offer letters reviewed are signed as per the Bankâs approved execution mandate. § Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly and annual reports on the offer letters and guarantees issued. § Manage CIB documentation deferrals and expiries in full coordination with respective Relationship Managers to ensure closure and mitigate the resulting risks. § Handle all calls and queries relating to drafting and reviewing credit documentation. § Manage turnaround time on offer letter issuance as per SLAs with the business and branch teams. § Train Relationship Managers and branch teams in credit documentation preparation and review. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY § Ensuring no financial losses arise from own work lapses.
