Core responsibilities - Marketing of products by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining member’s satisfaction.
- Recruit new members to get Personal Development loans and Sacco Loans through phone calls, emails, in person contact, networking events, contractors’ meetings, community events and personal gatherings
- Carry on field assessments and ensure proper appraisal of credit applications and support documents.
- Review marketing sales performance and work towards monthly or weekly targets.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Requirements - Minimum Academic qualifications : A-Level certificate and Diploma in any business field
- Age limit : 18 years to 25 years
- Good knowledge and marketing experience on credit and cooperatives will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills and analytical skills
- Ability to withstand pressures and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and collections is an added advantage
- Ability to develop and implement credit policies and procedures
