- To develop interventions that will reduce morality among identified pregnant mothers, new born babies and infants.
- Home visitations and group activities react out to vulnerable mothers and children, and primary care givers in the target community.
- To ensure identified beneficiaries receive prenatal care, skilled birth attention, medical treatment, growth monitoring immunizations and early childhood development education.
- To make periodic reports on the progress of intervention, success studies for unexpected interruptions to your supervisor.
- Submits Morning lessons on health screening for project children and Child Survival Program mothers.
Key Skills and Qualifications. - Must have a professional background in any of the following: Nursing, Public health and Social Work.
- Minimum qualification will be a certificate in health area or diploma in Social Work area.
- Experience in HIV/AIDS intervention, community mother care will be an added advantage.
- Formal training in counseling and child development will be an added advantage.
- Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- Age: 22-35 years.
