NURTURING AND CAPACITATING COMMUNITY HEALTH SOCIAL INNOVATIONS IN EASTERN UGANDA TO SCALE THEIR PROJECTS

BACKGROUND

The Makerero University Social Innovation Health hub
converges a 6 months Capacity Building Social Innovation Fellowship every year, where the top 10 social innovation projects in health are selected. It is called and mentioned. These projects are equipped with critical skills in Project Management, Research Methodologies, Effective Communication, Fundraising and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment.

WHAT ARE WE LOCKING FOR?

• Are you a community organization or individual who has figured out as a solution that has improved the health of Ugandans by:

  • Improving access to healthcare services

  • Improving the quality of healthcare services

  • Improving access to sexual and reproductive life

• We are interested in innovative solutions in health located in Eastern Uganda, with a minimum of 2 years of implementation and are currently ongoing.

HOW WILL YOU BENEFIT?
