JOB DETAILS:

The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) seeks a passionate, self-driven professional to grow our membership, build partnerships, and support impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and grow our HR professional community
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Support HRMAU events and special projects
• Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders
• Manage member databases and generate analytical reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• HR certification or demonstrated HR knowledge
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or similar role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth-driven approach
• Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
